I couldn’t have asked more of James and Terry. They paved a large area at the front of my house, repaired old paving done by another company in the past, as well as building and installing garden gates. Their work is of the very highest quality and I could not be happier with the final results. James and team did a fantastic job on my driveway. Old concrete removed and replaced with pavers. Looks first class. Nothing was too much trouble for James and he was happy to discuss and took time over the small details. It is one year since the driveway was put in and I'm still delighted.

I would highly recommend JN paving who recently put up a 23metre wooden fence for me after my wall unexpectly collapsed.the work was carried out to a very high standard and the guys showed kindness to me which I appreciated.theykeep to the time scale they tell you and are very professional and tidy workmen.

We have just had our back garden totally transformed into a low maintenance, child friendly space, which is brighter, fresher and neater than it has ever been! We've just had work completed today by James and his team and we are so delighted! Our garden was muddy, waterlogged, uneven, riddled with debris from recent extension work, and we have been left with a stunning new patio, fences and gates, and a lovely even lawn that my kids can't wait to play in! I would highly recommend JN paving who recently completed a garden makeover for us. Work carried out included new decking & fencing, levelling of garden with new steps and turf. Work was of the highest standard and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Turned what was an old un-useable garden into a great space for our family that will be used for many years.

JN Paving have just completed a significant paving job around our entire bungalow including a magnificent circular patio and beautifully paved area ready to receive a new greenhouse and of course a new driveway and wall. The complete service from James and his team was fantastic. They paved over 40sq metres in paving slabs with edging, drainage, steps and dwarf walls. It looks great. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

James came out to give a quote. He did such a great job explaining the process and how it would work. The quote was competitive and we were so impressed with his professionalism that we chose JN Paving. They installed beautiful paving with which we are delighted and already received several comments on how great the paving looks. We would highly recommend James and his team and would definitely hire them again.

James Nicol and his team from Lazy Lawn NI, provided us with a smooth and efficient service. We had a lawn full of weeds and moss etc, through James's experience he suggested we lay artificial grass.
He spent time with us to explain what would work and more importantly, what wouldn't work. As a result of his commitment and passion, the lawn now looks fantastic. He spent time with us to get it
right, rather than a rushed approach to get on to the next job. He went that "extra mile" on several occasions, one in particular, when the lawn was laid the join didn't bed in, so new artificial
grass had to be ordered. James went to Scotland, picked up the new artificial grass, came straight back and relaid the complete lawn the following day, in time for a party the was being held. He also
laid a paved area in a section of the garden that had been completely overgrown.
James works to very high standard and we are very pleased with his work and his customer service and would highly recommend him.
James has given us a garden to be proud of and we are looking forward to spending a lot of time in it.

Our small back garden has got a very much needed new lease of life thanks to LazyLawn NI (JN Paving). The garden suffered badly from drainage problems but not any more! We now have gorgeous new
paving complemented with artifical grass which has given us a garden that we can use all year round and the perfect environment for our toddler.
The team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and kept to their word throughout in terms of what would be happening and when.
We are so so pleased with the finished result and it's almost like we've had a house extension with the extra useable space we have now. Thank you! -

Our garden lay for most of the year in an unfit state due to poor drainage. However, James and his team of Geoff and Terry have comlpetely transformed this into a great extended living space that can

Just had our back garden completely transformed thanks to JN Paving and Lazylawn Ni. A previously large grass area of 136sq metres that was poorly drained and only useable for a couple of weeks of
the year has now had the drainage sorted and been resurfaced with artificial grass together with a new patio and border fence. Now the kids can play all year round and no more mucky feet.

lawn (from what was previously a poorly drained area which flooded in parts).
